Krept and Konan are signed to Virgin EMI Records, so we sent the Copyright Clearance permission to the record label. I found the email address on the record labels website; http://www.virginemirecords.com/, and I sent it to contact@virginemirecords.com.

Short list of potential songs

Before we had chosen our song we brainstormed a range of songs to choose from . Prior to this we had finalised that we would like to do the genre Rap.



 

Through these songs we decided to choose Krept and Konan Ft Ari- The Other Side for many reasons such as:

• Hasn't got a video attached to it already
• Has a strong meaning behind the song
• Easy to generate ideas for a storyline as well as performance shots
• Catchy song
• Easy to learn the words
• Calm and simple Bpm

I had trouble finding a lot of information about lanterns on the lake.
